Carrying 1964 forward.

SixtyForward is the company behind The Humanity Practice, Grown Woman Life, and our podcasts. One idea runs through all of it: work should be human-forward.

Why the name

Sixty-four. Forward.

On July 2, 1964, the Civil Rights Act became law. It outlawed discrimination in public places, schools, federally funded programs, and employment. Title VII brought that principle to work: no one can be denied a job, a promotion, or fair treatment because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

The law set the floor. The everyday practices that make a workplace fair, clear, and human — how people get hired, heard, led, and promoted — still have to be built, one team at a time.

That's the work. SixtyForward exists to carry it forward.
